With just 44 beautiful, recently completely renovated units, our exceptional location just a few blocks from Main Street, and local, long-term, private ownership and management, we offer something unique to our valued residents.

400 Rosewood is more than a place to live, for our residents. It has become a nice little community of neighbors. Neighbors that know each other look out for one another and create an environment that feels like home; like it should be!

400 Rosewood has been locally owned since 2016 by a family with decades of experience with dozens of multifamily properties of all sizes and locations. This experience and hands-on ownership, through our own in-house management company, makes us not only reactive to property and resident needs, but also very proactive in our desire to make the experience and property ever improving. With our convenient, walkable location, reasonable rates, and fantastic units we generally stay effectively full. With Boerne’s growth, though, we do get a few new units per month available to lease, so there is almost always an opportunity to secure one of our apartments for your new place.
